How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Orders within Metro Manila take 3-5 business days, while provincial orders take 5-7 business days.

For delivery, you will receive the delivery tracking link via email.

For pick up, you will receive the pick up details via email and SMS.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

How do I request an exchange?
Send us your order details, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process. 

How do I clean my bag?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and store in the dust bag in a cool, dry place. Keep away from water, oils, makeup, harsh chemicals, and light-colored or dyed fabrics.
